Last updated: January 2026
These Subscription Terms regulate the contracting and use of premium services for the Give Zero application through paid subscriptions. These Subscription Terms supplement the general Terms and Conditions of use of the application and must be read in conjunction with them.

2. Modalities and Features
GIVE ZERO reserves the right to offer both free services and content and premium subscription plans-based services and content. Current prices are displayed in the app in Euros or United States Dollars (including applicable taxes) depending on your location and device settings. Rates may be modified upon prior notice to users.
3. Payment Method and Billing
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways using credit or debit cards. GIVE ZERO does not store full credit card data, as payment processing is handled by the external provider Stripe, which complies with PCI-DSS standards. By purchasing the service, you authorize recurring charges based on the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
4. Trial Period
GIVE ZERO may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. Specific conditions regarding duration and included features will be indicated in the Application. During the trial period, the User has full access to premium features, and no charge will be made if the User cancels before the trial period ends. If not canceled, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly or annually) unless the User cancels the renewal before the expiration date. The registered payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month or year, as applicable.
If a renewal payment fails, GIVE ZERO will attempt to process the payment on several occasions. Access to premium features may be suspended, and the subscription may be canceled if payment is not completed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Users)
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 calendar days of purchase without providing a reason.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision at privacy@givezero.co.
- If you have requested to begin using the premium service during this period, you will be charged an amount proportional to the service enjoyed until the time of notification.
7. Cancellation
The User may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings in the Application or by emailing admin@givezero.co.
- Effectiveness: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Access: The User will maintain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: No automatic refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period, except when exercising the right of withdrawal.
GIVE ZERO may suspend or cancel a subscription if the User breaches the Terms and Conditions, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if there are security issues affecting the account.
8. Refunds
With the exception of the right of withdrawal (Section 6), subscriptions are non-refundable. GIVE ZERO may consider exceptional refunds in cases of technical errors resulting in duplicate charges, service failures that prevent use for a prolonged period, or other cases duly justified at GIVE ZERO's discretion.
9. Plan Modifications
- Upgrade: If a User moves to a higher-tier plan, the change is effective immediately. A prorated amount of the already paid fee will be applied, and the difference will be charged.
- Downgrade: If a User moves to a lower-tier plan, the change will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
10. Responsibilities
The User is responsible for keeping payment information updated, reviewing account charges, and managing account security. GIVE ZERO is responsible for providing access to the contracted premium features, processing payments securely, and notifying the User of any price changes with reasonable notice.
11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data related to the subscription (billing and payment history) will be carried out in accordance with the GIVE ZERO Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled by external gateways acting as data processors.
