Delete Your Account

You can delete your Give Zero account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the Give Zero app and sign in.
  2. Go to the You tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Delete by request

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@givezero.co from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, symptom and cycle logs, chat history with Nova, community posts and Pairs conversations, uploaded documents and lab results, and connected wearable data.

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, billing and tax records), and data that has been irreversibly anonymized, which can no longer be linked to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
